International orders require prepayment by wire transfer so we need some information from you.

Please email us at customerservice@inovatiqa.com, including the following information and we will provide you with a complete quote:

• Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email address
• Item number and Quantity
• What Freight Company do you plan to use, if any...
• Final Address Location

International orders cannot be cancelled or returned once the wire transfer has been received.

Inovatiqa will email a quote back to you within 2 business days. Once you have reviewed and accepted this quote, you can email your order back to us.

International orders cannot be returned.
