  • Positions the wrist and hand in approximately 10 degrees of wrist extension, 5 degrees of ulnar deviation, 45 degrees of MCP and PIP flexion, and 20 degrees of DIP flexion, with the thumb in 45 fdegrees of extension midway between radial and palmar abduction
