  • Heparin flush solution containing 100 units/mL heparin in 0.9% sodium chloride (9 mg/mL) to provide a non-pyrogenic and istonic solution for flushing catheters
  • Yellow color-coded labels, tip caps, and packaging for easier identification of 100 units/mL heparin solution and decreased risk of errors during preparation and flush application
  • Isotonic solution and luer lock syringe designed for compatibility with intravenous tubing, indwelling catheters, or other access devices used in intermittent injection, infusion therapy, or blood sampling
  • Terminally sterilized solution and pathway for safe administration
  • For use to maintain patency of indwelling intravenous access devices
  • Larger diameter than standard hypodermic syringes comfortably fits in hand and generates lower psi
