  • Our MicroCV™ Cardiac Markers Linearity Set is a four-level, unassayed calibration verification set consisting of human serum based solutions
  • It is intended to simulate human patient serum samples for the purpose of verifying and validating the analytical measurement range (AMR) for moderately complex testing methods
  • Additional fifth level specific for Troponin-I for assays whose linear range exceeds 15 ng/mL (does not contain CK-MB or Myoglobin)
  • All sets have a two-year shelf life when stored unopend at 2° to 8° Celsius
  • To use vial, reconstitute with 1mL of deionized water, and gently swirl occasionally for 10 minutes
  • After sampling, replace stopper and return to original package at 2-8°C to obtain the maximum reconstituted vial stability
  • It is recommended that Audit® MicroCV™ Cardiac Markers Linearity Set be used within five days after reconstitution for CK-MB and Myoglobin and within three days after reconstitution for Troponin I, and stored tightly capped at 2-8°C
